Initial Consultation Session*

During this 50-75 minute session, the dietitian will...

  • Gain an understanding of the client's health history.

  • Complete an assessment of the client's current nutrition and lifestyle habits.

  • Assist the client in establishing personal nutrition goals and objectives.

  • Work with the client to generate a plan that will fit his/her lifestyle.

NOTE: Initial Consultation Session is required before follow-up or meal planning session types may be scheduled.

Follow-up Sessions*

These 30-45 minute sessions will be used to assess the client's progress with his/her goals and modify plans as needed. New goals will be established if the client is ready and the dietitian will offer action steps and guidance on how to reach all health and nutrition goals. Unlimited e-mail and/or text support will be provided between follow-up visits.

Meal Planning Package*

In this package, the dietitian and client will meet for an initial consultation session. The dietitian will obtain and understand specific information from the client about typical daily eating habits and preferences. After the initial session, the dietitian will then create a detailed menu tailored to the client's specific needs and goals. 

In the first follow-up session, the dietitian will go over the meal plan in detail and discuss recommendations. The client will leave the session with a 7-day meal plan that is applicable and easily manageable.

The plan will include:

  • 7-day outline of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack(s)

  • recipes

  • shopping lists

  • daily macronutrient + micronutrient breakdowns

In the second follow-up session, the dietitian and client will discuss progress and how to utilize the meal plan for future guidance when meal planning. 

This package is great for anyone who wants a direct, personalized weekly breakdown on exactly what to eat to achieve health goals.

Weight Loss Package*

This 8-week package is for anyone who wants to...

  • Lose weight and maintain weight loss.

  • Learn how to nourish the body without deprivation.

  • Make long-term improvements in health.

  • Create sustainable, healthy habits.

  • Gain control over cravings and food.

  • Have accountability and guidance throughout weight loss journey.

This package includes an initial consultation session, two weeks of customized meal plans with recipes and shopping lists, individualized exercise and supplementation recommendations, 4 follow-up sessions, progress checks/weight ins, and unlimited e-mail/text support. 

This package is great for anyone who wants to lose weight (and maintain it!) and has failed at dieting or weight loss attempts in the past.

We can provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance company, but Nutrition 502, LLC does not guarantee reiumbursement.
